I’ve been in digital delivery for 20 years and I’ve seen it in all its forms. Where once just being online was an achievement now there’s just too much competition to simply keep yours fingers crossed and hope that its all going to work out.

My focus is researching your audience, their aspirations and if those aspirations are aligned with yours. And then I put that research into a context based on my extensive experience of web design, content delivery and technical fulfillment.

I’ve been involved in digital media since 1994, I am a specialist in user experience design, research and strategy. Clients have spanned the UK government to rock bands to small start ups.

I ran my own agency for 17 years where my team and I developed extensive experience of defining the online strategy of my clients, site development and design and user experience issues. My core focus now is UX research and strategy. I specialize in personnas, user journeys and case studies and manage that information into wireframe development, use cases, conceptualizing, prototyping and testing, through to the designs of the final user interface.

I like to be involved throughout a project, in the proposal and planning process, researching and designing user experiences and presenting findings to our clients. I specialise in designing every aspect of the user experience to help produce elegant, informative wireframes and site plans.
